Canada West Mission is proud to announce the launch of its new online event registration system, REGGIE! This new system is a custom-built solution based on your feedback from previous registration processes. Reggie represents over a year of hard work as we tirelessly built a new platform to meet the unique needs of Canada West members and friends.

Friends and Family Connection Weekend
May 31-June 2 at Samish Island
Registration Deadline is May 21st!
The Friends and Family Connection Weekend is an opportunity to spend quality time with family, old friends, and make new friends. We want to bring PLAY back into your life. When we laugh and play together, something wonderful happens, we relax, we sleep better, and our lives become richer.
When you escape to Samish Island Retreat Center you can exhale and say AHHHH. We'll have opportunities for mindful, meaningful and spiritual conversations, for games and trivia, swimming and canoeing, for singing and sports, and full belly laughs.
This event is subsidized by the Canada West Mission Centre as the cost per adult is $100, youth $75, and under 5 years is $25. The registration fee is $50 for adults, $25 for youth and children. Registration fees are not issued tax receipts. Donations received separately from contributors will be given a tax receipt. Your generous donations help us continue to provide high quality events for our friends and families.

Coffee and Meaningful Conversation Groups – topics provided
5:00 Samish Island Campground Video Tour
6:00 Dinner
7:30 Group Games
8:00 Trivia!, Coffee and Conversation, Sing along, Board Games
Saturday
8:00 Morning walk around the lake (granola bars, coffee and juice available)
9:00 Breakfast
9:30 Clean-up
10:00 Tae Kwon Do board breaking/lesson with Georgia, or poetry writing nature walk
11:00 Drawing Nature or Building Fairy Houses
12:30 Picnic Lunch at the Lake. Games, Water sports, Swimming, Canoeing and more.
3:00 Pack up and shower
4:00 Music jam and sing-along
5:30 Dinner
7:00 Sunset Campfire with songs, skits, stories and toasted marshmallows
8:00 Karaoke with Josh
9:00 Board games and visiting, Coffee and Meaningful Conversation, Music Jam
Sunday
8:00 Morning walk around the lake (granola bars, coffee and juice available)
9:00 Breakfast
10:00 Clean up the dining hall and washrooms
11:15 Sharing our talents
12:00 Clean cabins and goodbye until next year
