Mission Conference Youth Retreat!

There will be a retreat for youth aged 14-18 running concurrently with Mission Conference again this year. Registration will be $50. Please notify Dan Woynarski at dan@communityofchrist.ca if your youth would like to attend. They will need to bring sleeping bags, pillows and inflatable mattresses and enough money for one lunch on Saturday.
Registered Youth Workers over the age of 21 and willing to “rough it” for the weekend are needed as chaperones for the youth retreat running concurrently with mission conference in Calgary. If you are wondering if you are too old to rough it, you probably are. You will need sleeping bags, warm clothing and an inflatable mattress.
If you are interested in volunteering as staff for any of the camps at HOP or Samish Island please forward your name to Dan Woynarski at dan@communityofchrist.ca or call (306) 352-1570. Please state if you are interested in directing, counseling, teaching, acting as first aid provider, camp pastor, camp grandma or grandpa (everyone needs one of those.) Standing teams of the World Conference and First Presidency appointed teams are in process of being chartered for the 2010-2013 inter-Conference period. We are interested in drawing broad participation from throughout the church.
