Great news from Nicole Eidsvik's yearlong journey! Subject: final test results. "Nicole's final test results came back in February and she is all clear of cancer! It will take awhile for her to recover so expect her to be easily tired for the first few months. We are so thrilled and happy! Thanks to all of you for your support over the last year and half. Your words of kindness meant everything to us. Also, thanks to all the folks who supported Nicole's fundraiser for teens with cancer. The Coley Project ended up receiving over 10,000 dollars in donations to fund the oncology teen group. Thanks again!" Mom & Dad (Lanette & Phil)
Do you have a heart for kids? Do you feel called to provide a ministry to the youth of our Mission Centre? The Canada West Mission is currently seeking individuals to assist in this ministry for our Camping program. We are involved in camps at two campgrounds. Those interested in serving at the Samish youth camps are asked to contact the Greater Pacific North West Mission Center at ksharp@cofchrist-gpnw.org and for the Hills of Peace Campground dan@communityofchrist.ca. Please let us know if you are a certified instructor in any discipline to see if we can incorporate your gifts and talents into the camp! Thank you for your willingness to serve!
